writing video dvds from video_ts folder

    i have looked at the software list, but couldnt find a program which I was certain would fit my task by its description. i have video recordings of concerts in vob and ifo files in video_ts folders, which have menus, and i want to write them to disc so they play as video and not data dvds on dvd players. also the program would be freeware. which one(s) can i use for this?
