wrong setup?

im trying to install the new C&C demo (woot!) and for some reason, once it unzips/unpacks and starts to run the installer, it runs the wrong installer! and the program that its trying to install isnt installed nor does the install file exist on my computer! its really bugging me, someone help me out here

 

what do you mean "runs the wrong installer"? may be it's worth to try another installation pack?

 

i mean i try to run the C&C setup and it runs the setup for a different program lol, its quite odd...

 

yeah, it's funny Is C&C = Command and Conquer 3? i like the C&C series. download here, i've tried and it seems to work.

 

yea i guess ill just redownload it while im at work so i dont have to sit here while that big thing downloads. so you've got it? i dunno how well its gonna run on my system, what are u running it on?

 

well i redownloaded it and it still runs the wrong installer. im guessing there is some sort of way to clear the installer but i have no clue

 

hmm, it's strange to hear, coz i installed it without any problems.

my laptops characteristics
proc - pentium D 1700
RAM - 1024Gb
HDD - 100Gb.
video - hmm, i don't remember something nVidia.

i tried to launch it in the low resolution, so it worked quite fast.
