    Hi,

I recently switched over from cable to dsl from qwest/msn. I was not able to continue to use my Linksys WRT 54G Broadband router. I was given an actiontec 701 wireless router and that is up and working fine. The problem I have is and old one, I have one computer that is on the far end of the wireless range.

Could I use the Linksys WRT 54G somehow as an extender or access point in my new network?

    Thanks,
    Gokdog

Simple answer. nope. You need a repeater, and most cross brand won't.
