ok. i checked out the other threads that was about wscript and shell. but i didnt find an answer to my question. I use Twister AntiVirus which seem to me is a really good AV. I used to use Avast which is really good too. but Im one of those that likes to test out AV's. Dont know why, but its fun to me. Kinda my own Beta testing id guess you could say. Ive run almost all the free ones at one point or another. Anyways, to the problem. In the past few days Twister has been popping up saying its found WScript.shell.run and has been blocking it and cleaning it. It said it was bad and i trusted it. but i do know that AV's like to make false positives at one point or another. Ive looked it up and havent found one site that says WScript.shell.run is a virus. that it is a part of my OS. Neither Malwarebites or Superantispyware or Zonealarm has done anything about it. so im guessing they dont think its a virus either. do i trust it or not? thanks in advance for all the help in the past. and any in the future.

Trust it. Tell Twister to trust it. :)
