X Blade case trouble?

Hello,
I dont know if this is the right place to post this so please tell me if it is not and i will take it of or whatever.

Here is my problem:
My Friend got a copmuter for Christmas and it doesn't work. What i mean by it doesn't work is that when you log on into a user, after about 1 miinute to 2 it restarts.
Its a custom made computer, with an X Blade case.
I am not sure how much ram it has or hard drive size but his power supply is only at like 150v or something. He has like 4 fans in there as well. I was thinking it's the power supply and he should get a more powerfull one but i am not totally sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions then i will try and answer them to the best of my ability.
