x1600 pro PCI-E 256mb Driver Prob.

Okie so I installed this card on my computer (WindowsXP Home,600wPSU) and when I install the drivers for it it wont work right I have Installed and uninstalled drivers from 5.3 to 6.8 and none will work. Windows detects the card but the drivers wont run it. Here is the system info on it so maybe it will help.
