XP Home SP3 Malware check request - Logs posted

    Wanted some eyes on these logs to see if anything is there. This machine had been infected in the past but was supposedly clean. All updates have been done and it acts normal I just want to see if there are any hidden baddies lurking about. Oh yeah I ran MGTools last and after the EULA for HiJackThis the scanning continued and then memory exception error popup occured pertaining to a DLL but quickly went away before I could read it. There is an Event ID: 63 in Event Viewer/Application that was set about the time this occurred. Thanks in advance.

    c:\documents and settings\Owner\My Documents\Downloads\jaleeba.exe <--- Rename Combofix back to Combofix.exe now that you have already run it, and also move it to your desktop! :)

    What is in this folder?
