Just need some eyes on these logs to see if there are any malware causing the sluggishness of this netbook.

You are not having malware problems. More likely you caused the problems by installing too many security programs. You need to uninstall the below immediately:
    Ad-Aware
    AVG 2012

You already have a full security suite from ZoneAlarm installed.

I have followed your suggestions. I removed Adaware. I only have Zonealarm Firewall to replace Windows firewall not the suite as you suggested. I also use AVG for AV only. I believe I know why the machine is slow. It is a Toshiba and they have a lot of proprietary tasks running in the background for various hardware and interactivity. I will do the research on what items I can do without in the registry that are causing these tasks to load when Windows starts. Thanks for the extra pair of eyes on this one. I will consider this thread closed.

Okay. What made me believe you have more is what is listed about ZoneAlarm in your logs. For example, the below are in you Uninstall Programs list
Why does a firewall need a toolbar and why does it need 4 entries if it is just a firewall.

Also all of the below showed

Since you are not having malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
