XP - Open Option Not Working When Right Clicking "Program Groups"

Okay this has happened on both of my machines and happened again after recently formatting one of them.
I'm sure it must be some program I'm Installing but don't know which one.
I tried removing possible culprets but no luck, so whatever the app is screwing up it's not rolling it back.
I really don't feel like formatting again.

-Anyway to the problem-
I right click any folder/Program Group within All Programs on the start menu
I click Open or Explore and I'm prompted for a destination as if I had clicked "Move to Folder"
If I click cancel on the move prompt the folder DOES open as it should have.

This only happens on these program groups. The options behave normally anywhere else in windows explorer.

I figure there must be a key somewhere in HKEY CLASSES ROOT for that class of folder but I can't find it.
Hopefully one of you knows what it is.

Solved the problem by deleting the entries mentioned on this site.
