XP Pro 64 Maximum RAM?

OK folks.

Doing a bit of research on upgrading, and I have a straightforward question that I haven't been able to find the answer to with a search here.

What is the maximum amount of RAM that XP Pro 64 can handle, please?

I'm pretty sure the maximum RAM that XP x64 is licensed to handle is 128GB http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa366778(v=vs.85).aspx
