xp pro blue screen error partmgr.sys

xp giving me a blue screen on the logo startup, it will load for like 5 minutes than blue screen it. I got the xp boot disk but it eather blue screens in the middle of it or just freezes. Also when i try to get into bios it ask for a password, it never asked me for a password ever and now when i need to get in there it ask me for a password. I dont know how to get around it. Also one time it got stuck on the blue screen and it said something about the partmrg.sys
