xp pro or xp media center

does anybody out there have xp pro or xp media center because i have no idea what to buy.
what do you guys think

 

Media Center isn't retail, afaik, and only installs on select systems.

So, go Pro

It's true it isn't retail but so far probably the most stable Windows platform
Very good actually. It can be a little tricky to get drivers for some stuff.
Gain of speed/performance = loss of compatability

 

XP is XP.

No one version is more or less stable than another.
