Xp Product Activation pop up at start

    Goldenskull I can't follow the rules

    Does any body know this pop up My windows is saying that it is Active I don't under stand way this pop up is showing up all of the sudden.I have done Scans after scans and it found nothing.

    Spyware Terminator 2012
    SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
    CCleaner
    AVG 2012
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
    HiJackThis
    Microsoft Security Essentials
    Advanced SystemCare 5

    I have done all of these scans and found nothing but tracking cookies.Any ideas
    If you any thing eles let me know i am running 64bit Xp
