XP theme to go back to XP

    i recently restarted my computer and when i did i got the Windows Classic theme for my taskbar (gray) i went into display properties, and the Apperance Tab to change it back to Windows XP style and it wasn't there, I did a System Restore and it still isn't there. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition
