I am running the kapinsky malware program as well. The return failure emails are being put in the yahoo mail folder even when I'm signed out

I am very dissapointed with this forum, no one has answered any of my post? I am getting about 20 mail redirects a minute I can't even use my email. This is so screwing my life up. Is there not anyone here that can help me or tell me where to go so I can get help?

Self help/getting started instructions have been posted as stickies in this forum for more than 10 yrs. Please follow the instructions and run them as required. For example:

READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide (incl. spyware, virus, trojan, hijacker)

    And

Forum Rules and Guidelines - Do not post HijackThis logs

which also points to the READ & RUN ME first in the first step.

This is the way to always get started to make sure that your PC is not infected and is not the cause of your problems. Email issues are frequently not due to malware being present but are rather a sign that your passwords and email account have been hacked possibly due to how and where you used them to access your email.

Also there was one action in the mgtools scan that was requested but I cant figure out how to do it. Here is what is said in run box type -notepad C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts find the lines hijack-this reports and deletes them-save the file as hosts and reboot
When I click notpad and even right click notepad and run as administrator-all I get is the notepad-there are o files like this in my notepad. How would I access this file.

Not sure what you are doing but you are not posting the logs as requested nor the correct logs. You posted 4 RogueKiller logs that were renamed to something they should not be. Where are the logs from Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes that were requested.

Thus far, I'm not seeing any malware issues.

Hitman pro and malware didnt' find any issues. But my email is still being hacked-I'm getting all these email failures sent out from my account to people I dont know-hundreds every hour.

As I stated earlier, this is typically not a malware problem. But we will run one more scan tool just to cover all bases.

Also you stated earlier that it even happens when your PC is not turned on. Thus it seems someone has access to at least one of your email accounts and also probably has your contacts.

One thing you could try is to reset your router back to system defaults just to see if that helps.

Also you can try resetting all of your browsers back to default settings to make sure that nothing is attached to any of them but again since you implied it happens even when your PC is not on, it is not likely that it is your PC. Is there another PC in the house that you use? Or is there another PC that you have used anywhere at anytime to log into your email account? What about a cell phone? Ever use it to access your email? Have you checked to make sure your cell phone is not hacked?

Please download the latest version of FRST the below link.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: Make sure you download the proper version ( 32 bit or 64 bit ) for your PC. Only one will run, the correct one. So it you make a mistake and download the wrong one, go back and get the other.
    • Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press Scan button.
    • It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your next reply.
    • The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.
