Yahoo Messenger Error

I've used Yahoo Messenger for years, about 7 months ago I had to replace the hard-drive in my PC and reload everything. Yahoo worked fine for a couple months, and then I started getting this message, followed by Yahoo shutting down. I've tried a re-install of Yahoo, no change. Can someone help? Error Message/s folllow

I have to reinstall Yahoo Messenger about once every 4 to 6 months. I recently had to repair my XP OS and every since then I can't check my email w/ the little envelope or Yahoo Insider's check email. I plan on reinstalling it again this week. You may have to do the same.
