Yahoo Tool Bar Download

I recently got of my yahoo toolbar and am trying to reinstall cann0t seem to get it downloaded, it will tell me it is loaded but cannot find it.

Wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I am using windows 8.1 Internet explorer.

 

Internet Explorer > Tools > Manage Addons > Toolbars and extensions
If it did download and install it will be there. You do need to restart IE after installing it.

 

Some av programs flag toolbars as malware or adware and stop it from installing in to windows. Try disabling av program or any anti-malware programs before downloading again and installing then try re-enable the programs.

I tried each of the responses there was nothing there.

I cannot find a safe download, most of them has something they want to add that don't need and many of them are difficult to get rid of.
I liked the tool bar and had a number of sites etc. and I hate to not to have them.

If any of you folks know of a free safe down load site yahoo tool bar I would appreciate having the information.

Note: After downloading, disconnect from the internet and then install Yahoo Toolbar.

 

I just followed Eldon's suggestion and tested it. It works absolutely fine. Installs it to IE (with an option for Firefox too if wanted).
