yahoo toolbar removal not working!

    i have tried to remove the yahoo toolbar from IE and it does not go away... i have tried it thru the control panel and the uninstall on the toolbar and it still does not work. can someone help me get rid of it. it also tellsm me that the system administrator can only do that and i am the system admin. so what the hell does that mean?
