Running xp 32 bit. Browsers show popups and act funny. Saw the software Yontoo in the Add Remove section, but it will not uninstall.

Went to your page of how to run 5 softwares and make logs and some of them found a bunch of stuff, so am attaching them now. I hope you can help.

Rerun Hitman and have it delete all it found. Then rescan and attach the new log.

Ok, I ran Hitman again and let it take out what it wanted, then rebooted and ran another scan and it is enclosed with this message. Yontoo is still installed in my PC. Do I try to uninstall it to see if it will go yet? I await further orders.

You didn't have it remove all the PUP's.

I am sorry that I didn't delete the PUPS--just didn't see that the little "ignore" to the right of them that had a down arrow for other choices. It asked to delete all or Yontoo, so I set it to all, and it took it Yontoo of the Add/Remove list, but it was still messing with my browser, so I used your highly recommended IOUninstaller to take it out by clicking Toolbar, and it deleted it, I believe, the last remnants of it--I hope. Thank you so much!!:-D

I looked on your site for a donate button cause I would like to PayPal you or your group something for your help. How can I?

Good to know you got it all removed.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. You can uninstall RogueKiller and HitManPro.
    2. Go back to step 4 of the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders
related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link

Malware removal from a National Chain = $149
Malware removal from MajorGeeks = $0
