"your visiting an illigal porn site"

i went through and followed the removal instructions, i removed all files from windows and my reg. everything is clean and comp works fine but i cant get rid of this bright red screan that is layed over my wallpaper. i can change theme's and backgrounds but this damn thing still covers it. how do i get rid of it???

 

i lied its still not right, now i get a home page re-direct after i leave my comp. alone and online for a little while. kill me now.....

i followed all directions but still have the problem. when i turn it off then on it loads stuff. i can remove them with hjt but still there when i re-boot
