Zipped Exe File's

    Dear All,

    Dose any one know of a website with good software in zipped format as they have a block on exe files where i work and easyer doing it at work than at home

    I'd advise you not to do it. It will be easier downloading at home than the unemployment office. Whether the file is zipped or not is dependent usually on size, site bandwidth, and developers discretion. I've yet to see a download site that zips files as a rule.

    Chris, agree with JustPlayin. IT departments, or IT people, usually put in constraints on downloading stuff for a reason. Do it at home, or on a friends PC, if their connection is faster, and burn to CD/DVD. Keep you in a job as well. :D Bazza
