Hi! I am looking for some good screensavers for Windows 98 and possibly later versions of Windows, both 32-bit and 64-bit. The last time I looked, I found only the ones included with MS Plus. I remember seeing some a long time ago but don't remember the URL. Can somebody here give me a link?

Is there any particular screensaver style you like - waterfalls, ocean/beach, scary etc?

Well...I like pretty women, ;) nature scenes, city scenes, Sci-Fi and Fantasy but am looking for any screensavers--I'll decide whether I like them. BTW, I like AfterDark's Flying Toasters screensavers. :)

I downloaded some. They look interesting, but I haven't installed them yet. Any for Win98? I have a Win98SE tower at my mother's house and want to stuff it. :)

Another, related question: my Windows laptops have a setting to blank the screen after a period of inactivity. I believe that's better than a screensaver, as it uses less power. I really want to be able to start the screensaver on demand, though. On both near-modern systems and Win98, how do I do that without hunting for the screensaver control panel?

Not having needed to do that I don’t know. Whenever I’ve needed to test a screensaver I just double click on the specific .scr file under Windows folder.
