Default Acquiring wrong IP address - why

I have a cable connection, a belkin router, a belkin access point and a netgear wireless adapter. For some reason my computer is all the sudden acquiring the wrong IP address making it impossible to connect to the internet through my router. The other computers on the network are fine. The adapter picks up the signal but assigns the wrong IP - why? Can you recommed a fix? scott@cvengros.com

also do the following to provide more info.
Click start, click run, then type in cmd into the window. Then hit enter, then when does prompt is up type ipconfig and paste the results.

sorry this is what comes up but I am stealing an internet signal in order to get to the net. This is what I get when I do it and I am connecting through the AP.
