Hi everyone and welcome to our Anti Virus/ Trojan Section here at MG. This section will also include Microsoft's security bulletin's and advisories along with Microsoft's monthly software downloads. The main Microsoft monthly update will as always be posted in our main software section at the appropriate time which is the second Tuesday of every month.

It will contain the majority of all the Virus/Trojan software currently available on the market. For those of you who have the Free/Paid versions of Virus / Trojan software of which the majority will update automatically however this is not always the case and this section will serve as a reminder to you. I look forward to serving you all and will endeavour to keep you updated at all times.

Some applications update multiple times daily. If your application is one of them, you should check the application links to ensure you have the latest update file for the day.

Sometimes there is a need for extraordinary releases of virus definition files (e.g. if a new virus is seen in the wild and spreading rapidly). In these cases the time for the latest release of that day's virus definition files are included. The time used is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Use this link for conversion between your time and UTC (the link opens a separate browser window).

If you have a question or issue regarding any specific update posted here, you should start a new thread in the appropriate forum section, (as related to the specific product or product type), including any relevant information there, and linking back to the update thread here, if necessary.
