Issues With Running Teamspeak Server

okay i use Bellsouth DSL
Private IP is Static. Public is Dynamic.

Teamspeak:
you can check www.portforward.com for the ports it uses. but i think its reffering to Teamspeak 1 and not Teamspeak RC2 that i use.

the UDP port it uses is 8767 which i have opened. im on my private static ip
(192.168.x.xx), i have got it running on my public ip but it is dynamic so everytime i restart the computer i have to give everyone the new IP which is a humongous hassle and really just not worth the effort of tracking down everyone for it.

i cant seem to get other people to connect to me. im the only one that can connect to the server.
