Default Backing up

Ok, well I was partitioning my hard drive, and the power went out. I can't boot up to windows anymore, and there's no partitions there. I tried using File Scavenger to recover the files and it showed some of the files. So what I could get I did. But, the files are now corrupted, they won't open. Anyone know of any good recovery software? I have over 100GB's of important files that I need to recover.

Thanks in advance!
