Printing problems (wanting grayscale but still printing in color)
Have public workstations that we would like to print B&W only to a color HP Laserjet. Changed all the print queue settings to default to grayscale (changed this in a couple different spots within the queue). Well, when users print from IE, it still comes out color. Yet, when using Word or any other app, it comes out B&W like we would like. Can't figure out why IE is still defaulting to color. Any ideas?
