SDFix Report Help

Hello, I ran SDFix on my Windows XP Pro SP2 laptop and I'm not sure if should be concerned about possible malware or not. Here is the line in the report that is concerning me:

detected NTDLL code modification:
ZwClose

Does anyone know if this is really a problem, and if so, how do I go about it fixing it?
