help!!!!!!
avg virus protection not comming up in tool bar, says it can not run control center. tried to reinstall said permission denied. Tried to uninstall said it could not. When the test center comes up there is a yellow checkmark, and it says cannot comfirm security status, the control center is not running. When we hit control center button it says can not run control center. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

hello friend anyone would please please help me...
i have xoftspy,antivirus etc but i still having popups on my pc everytime when i open a internet page a cid popups comes on any way to remove or stop them or prevent them come on? i already clean my pc, delete all files and intall new windon but still. please let me know if anyone can hel me thankx

Best to follow the instructions in Tim W's post above; Xoftspy is a fake spyware remover last I heard, and may well be the source of your troubles.
