USB Drivers not working
Hi,
USB drivers not working on Toshiba L500 laptop with 64bit CPU and Win 7 Ultimate. Thumb drives are not recognized. External Hard Drives not recognized. Mouse IS recognized. Talked to Toshiba Tech support - They want to reformat and reinstall OS back to Vista. Talked to Kingston Tech support - Reformat thumb drive. No other ideas. Did not work. Microsoft Tech Support wants $59 per incident with no promise to fix problem[s] Uninstalled drivers and had win 7 reinstall. Same problem. Any Ideas? Thank you, Bob
