Default Silver (1999) Need the Elite to Accrete to Succeed!

Hello geeks, I tried posting with my original username but hotmail bitches and smartcreenfilters your pw recovery mail like a nazi...

so i quickly made this new account.

anyway.
like last time, I need your help with the video game "Silver" from infogrames 1999

the last time I tried to get it to work it was full of horizontal lines/interlacing and borders visible where the 2d background were "stitched" together...it was just unplayable.

some time has passed and with a new graphics card I've managed to yield the following results:

this is a pictue i took with my camera because a screenshot of the same scene looks different.

same picture/scene as screenshot

as you can see what the screenshot captured is actually roughly-to-exactly what the remaining graphic errors are in the camera picture.

now I'm no expert...my first guess would be VRAM of my new grafix card handling the interlacing better than my old graphics card but still kinda messes up with the textures due to old/outdated code that just worked for old craphics cards. but that could also just be a pile of bogus cause, really...I'm no expert ._."

but I do think I've gotten closer to the whole problem and that this is something most people who are more into hardware and graphics see through right away.

so here some technical specs that might help figure it out.

the screenshot/pics were achieved on this system

Win7 Ultimate
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6700 @2.66ghz
8gb DDR2 ram (1066 I think..)
Geforce 550GTX TI 1024mb

compatibility mode used:
win xp sp3, 256color mode, disable visual themes, disable desktop compositions.

Note: it ran exactly the same without compatibility mode, only that in that case no intro movie and logo were shown.

I feel like I'm really close to a breakthrough here, please help :/
