Default Macbook Pro running slow and battery not charging after water damage

The title pretty much says it all. About a week ago, water got spilt on my MacBook Pro and it stopped working. I took the back off, disconnected the battery and left it to dry out for 3 days. When I put it all back together, everything seemed to work fine but two days later the battery is not charging and everything is running very slowly. It also completely stopped working at one point and I managed to get it going again by resetting the SMC. Is there any hope?

Please let us know the configuration and amount of free space you have right now. Make sure you have enough free space to run heavy applications flawlessly

Hi

IIRC its click the Apple logo then "About this MAC" then when the Version info window appears click "more info" and you will find all the info you need about your Mac.

Sorry, still fairly new to this, especially a Mac. Can you tell me more specifically what information you need?

Hi

You should be able to get us this info using the instruction I posted earlier,

click the Apple logo then "About this MAC" then when the Version info window appears click "more info" and you will find all the info you need about your Mac.

Then paste the info into a text doc and attach as per HERE
