TDSSKiller found nothing.
MBRCHeck found nothing as well. MBR log attached. EDIT: I have done research before your reply and I ran task manager to find out what was eating my CPU and it was the "iphlpsvc" (IP Helper) service. I have recently stopped the service and my system runs fine, except I have problems not being able to enable Windows Firewall. |

Now we need to use ComboFix by sUBs
Code:
KILLALL::
Folder::
C:\Windows\assembly\temp\U
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Spigot
Registry::
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentVersion\Run]
"SearchSettings"=-
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\Wow6432Node\microsoft\windows\currentVersion\Run]
"SearchSettings"=-
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{AFBCB7E0-F91A-4951-9F31-58FEE57A25C4}]
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall. If after running Combofix you discover none of your programs will open up, and you recieve the following error: "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion". Then the answer is to REBOOT the machine, and all will be corrected. Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. (Right click and run as admin if using Vista or Windows7) Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this. Let me know of any problems you may have encountered with the above instructions and also let me know how things are running now!

If all is still well when you check back here:
If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

The problem still persists after about 36 hours...it kicked back in.
I watched the resource monitor to see if I could fine the culprit, but absolutely nothing was eating up my CPU. Yet my computer was slowing to a crawl and the mouse cursor would act as if it was loading something. The 2 processes that caught my eye were "System Interrupts" and the service "Base Filtering Engine". Windows Anti-Malware service would also run as if it was attempting to block something. I ran malware-bytes and it found some things...logs attached. |

Run Combofix and attach the log it creates. We will see if that is finding anything. Run SUPERantispyware too and attach the log. MBAM did not find anything too serious by the way. Just a bit of adware by the looks.
