Windows 7/32 Home Premium Question

I am mute and paralyzed. My new speech synthesis device, a DynaVox Maestro, OS is Win 7/32 Home Premium but the on-screen keyboard does not have the WORD PREDICTION feature that I rely heavily upon when programming in my personal words and phrases.

Q: Is it possible to find/install the updated on-screen keyboard? I have it on my desktop but I don't have a clue how I would copy it to my Maestro speech device. Any help will be appreciated. I have weeks of reloading my personal data and, with my limited dexterity, it saves thousands of keystrokes.

Update: The help file on the On-screen Keyboard says: "Click Options, select the Use Text Prediction check box then click OK." I do not see that option nor do I see "Insert space after predicted word." Is it a known bug?

I can't really help since I have no access to the machine or knowledge of it. Did you get it through some sort of agency that may be able to help with training?

They have a knowledge base at their website but I have no idea how helpful it is. I'll just point to a few links I read which may or may not be helpful.

As I continue to delve I find this tiny disclaimer in the Help file: "Word Prediction IS NOT supported in Windows 7 Basic." I overlooked that because the OS is Windows 7 Home Premium. Are they possibly the same animal in this regard?
