HP Touchsmart tx2 1274nr won't boot - blinking lights
Has anyone ever experienced or heard of this? I googled and found the embedded video which pretty much explains it. The laptop won't boot and the lights just flash.
I also googled a fix which describes putting the MB in an oven for a period of time to redo the soldering. Can this be fixed? Please let me know your thoughts.
