Unhappy Java Runtime Environment

I have never had any problems with my Java until I downloaded the newest version (7) the other day. Now, when I go on POGO.com and try to play most of the games I receive the following message:

The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded from
<C:\PROGRA~2\Oracle\JAVAFX~1.1RU\bin\server\jvm.dll>

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java several times and that has not helped, and I have even gone to a few websites, including java.com, and followed some vague instructions that were supposed to solve the problem - all to no avail. Pogo is quite literally my lifeline to the outside world (yes, I know how that sounds,) since I am disabled and unable to leave my house without a lot of hassle. I am not a computer genius, but if someone knows how to fix this problem and can give me some clear instructions I would really appreciate it a lot. Of course, that is provided that it is a problem that can be fixed and not something that has gone wrong with my computer!! I have a Toshiba laptop that is only about one year old. I use Windows 7 for my OS, and while I prefer Firefox or Chrome, I can also use IE, Safari, or Opera. I hope there is an answer to my problem, and hope to hear from someone soon!!

Thanks

Default Re: Java Runtime Environment

It looks as though you have JavaFX installed - refer to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/ja...iew/index.html
Is there any reason that you have this installed rather than the regular Java Runtime Environment?
If not, I'd uninstall anything Java related, then download the JRE installer available from http://majorgeeks.com/Sun_Java_Runti...ent_d7567.html
