Default Data Execution Prevention keeps turning off

I have an ACER Aspire 5734z-4836. I have been having anumber of problems with this computer rom the start. Its running Win 7 home premium 64 bit.
As the title says, DEP seems to enjoy shutting itself off regularly, which i discovered when running the MicrosoftFixIt tool. The DEP issue is the only problem that particular tool ever finds. There are also random freezes, and programs 'not responding' for unreasonable amounts of time. I understand that the Pentium T4500 in this machine is not exactly NHRA material (sorry, redneck reference) but these problems have been getting worse. In weeks past I have found and removed some trojans and other malware (dont remember what types, but even as my current problems are occuring, SAS scans come up clean, as well as AVG 2012, MBAM , Housecall, Stinger. Spybot will no longer update itself,, so next order of business is to do a fresh reinstall of that, since nothing else ive been using can find anything. I'm trying to avoid the painstaking READ AND RUN ME FIRST if at all possible, but if I have to do it, I will.
Also, I use a wireless connection with this laptop and websites are taking longer and longer to load, often timing out and i must "try again" sometimes 2 or 3 times before the site will load - not just one website, any and ALL websites.
I'm usually easily able to fix these sorts of problems (im certain thi is malware related) but this one has me snakebit.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am about to reinstall Spybot, update all my malware/spyware killers and run them in safe mode with no networking. I'll report back later with results.
Do you think running AdAware might help?

Bottom line is Im trying to avoid going through Malware Removal assistance here on MG. The malware pros have enough on their plates and i like to solve these problems myself, even if i need a little help from my MG friends.
Ok, time to get to work on this early on a Sunday Morning.

All input is welcome.

I would try running
ASC 5
http://majorgeeks.com/Advanced_SystemCare_3_d5927.html
IObit Smart Defrag
http://majorgeeks.com/IObit_SmartDefrag_d5318.html

Adjust the settings then do a full clean sweep with ASC 5

Then with the Smart Defrag run it on Fully defrag then after that use smart defrag

To Defrag the MFT file system.

ASC5 has a bunch of system tweaks in the Tool Box.

I have 186gb free of 219gb hd space. Windows defrag indicates no defrag needed, as well as IOBIT defrag.
At any rate, you guys helped me devise a plan to fix this myself. (and of course you guys get credit too). (unless my GPU explodes).
Ill start with goldenskulls ideas and if that doesnt do the trick ill move on to falcon attacks'.
Thanks guys.

Actually, as dep refers cpu security settings, you should probably start off by trying to turn off/on dep in your bios. Try changing it to what ever its not currently set to. Also as far as slow internet goes, has it always been slow or was this after a recent malware removal attempt of your own? If not done careful you may have damage your network stack and or network card drivers. If you open devices manager do you see any ? marks in there that would indicate driver issues.
