Laptop will not find wirless networks / will not connect hard wired
The laptop is a Dell Latitude 810. The subject pretty much says it all. The laptop is pretty old and everything used to work fine, but one day the internet just stopped. My wireless internet can not find any wireless connection (even though there are plenty in range) and I can not get a connection when I plug the ethernet cable directly into it.
I have done my own troubleshooting: *I do not have the switch on the side of my laptop off for internet *checked the device manager.. pic attached. Please help!
