Default shockwave flash error

I have a Pavil dv7 laptop running win7. When I go onto the internet using google chrome i get a shockwave flash " the following plugin has crashed". Then i get a message from google chrome stating"the instruction at 0x039d5859 reference memory at 0x0000000 could not be read. the set of number changes as well like0x1c415859... does anyone have a suggestion for this

Since flash crashing in Chrome is a pretty widespread problem with the recent updates, until google fixes this, you might want to temporarily disable flash.

What is your Flash Player version? There are quite a few problems with 11.3; you may want to revert to an earlier FP version (by reinstalling an older Chrome version).
