Good! Texas justice lives.
Poor girl.  Man, Compuable, can't you post cute kitties or some humanitarian act, so I don't have to take a stand somewhere. And my stands always seem to be slightly off kilter with the masses here.  I really am trying to fitin, but a square peg is still a square peg.

Good riddance to the P.O.S. that assaulted his daughter. Yep, definitely 'justifiable homicide', i.m.o. My compassion goes out for the victim, the father and family, not the perp that died as a result of his own evil. And he did try to save his life, anyway.

I read this story about a week ago and I hoped then he wouldn't be charged. That dad is a hero and that scum doesn't/didn't deserve to breath another breath.

The county sheriff released the 911 call the father made after beating the s**t out of the guy. Strangely, the father sounded remorseful for taking the law into his own hands. The fact the grand jury no-billed him is a no brainer.
