need help removing security setting bar
im going nuts unable to work out how to move the annoying security setting bar that keeps blocking my pages and seemingly everything, iknow i did it before but yonks ago,my computer been in shop and its back to factory settings and im desperate to remove it,its so intrusive, im new so be gentle lol xx
