I'm not trying to be an a$$ but about the only thing we can tell you is to plug it in the electric socket and connect to the modem.
 You have given no information to work with. What model number is the router? What is/is not happening? Any error messages? What operating system is on the computer trying to connect? Wired or wireless connection?
