Default Infected with Salty + Ramnit + trojans + worms and can't update avira

Hy! I recently(3-4 ago) tried to make a usb drive bootable with puppy linux and I use a software to make the usb boot but I can't remember what the name was. When I started using windows the next day my avira found viruses. I tried malewarebytes, trojan remove,r some avg boot scan but nothing helps. I don't want to format my hard drive beacause there's stuff I need that will be lost. If someone could help me it would be great. I never had viruses in my 7 years of computer using
I followed all the steps in the Windows XP Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure except the CCleaner because some of my icons dissapeared or are not working.
Thanks in advance!
P.S After restarting my pc when mbb asked it, avira said found and denied acces but i didn't remove it i just let the notification there.
P.P.SAlso the link for on how to disable disk emulators doesn't work for me

These types of infections (Sality) frequently require a reinstall to properly removal all traces and to fix the damage it causes.

You can try the below tools but I have never seen them work properly:
