free mac. clean it
Please help . The speed mac is not free and super duper the back up download says use it BEFORE super duper.
GOAL : Do use onyx which says BACKUP YOUR DOCUMENTS BEFORE USING IT. HOW DO I CLEAN THE MAC BEFORE SUPER DUPER FOR FREE? Or just do super duper?

Use superduper first to have a complete bootable backup of your mac. Then if you run into problems down the road you can boot off it and copy that image back to your internal hard-drive.
