afd.sys deleted in v*sta

basically i need to download v*stas afd.sys file, as it was deleted to combat a nasty trojan, so can anyone help?

I believe that the only way to fix this issue is to do a windows repair, you will need either your windows disc or have a recovery partition to boot from.
