Velocity 128 with tv out for win xp

HEY! I really need help finding a driver for my velocity 128 for win xp.The win xp does install the video drivers but doesn't install the tv out function.It will not let me use the cd that came with the video card cause it is not for xp.Anyone have this problem or knows where to get the right driver/program package for my setup.THANX Sublime
