OC of an 3200+ Winchester ?

Hey guys, thinking of boosting my cpu a bit. Its running at 2.0 GHz now but I was thinking of trying 2.2 G.

My bios conf. at the moment is:
CPU Freq. = 200
PCI Express Clock = 100
CPU Multiplier = Auto
CPU Voltage = Auto
PCI Clock Synchronization Mode = Auto

Can I simply raise the CPU freq. to 220 without making other changes? Im a bit of a noob when it comes to oc, so any suggestions are very welcome

My system is as follows:
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, Athlon64 3200+ Winchester
2x512 G.Skill PC3200 2-3-3-6 SERIES Dual Channel
POV 6800 Ultra
Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 250 GB SATA, IBM Deskstar 40 GB
400W NorthQ Super Silent ATX 2.0, Pioneer DVR-109
Aspire X-DREAMER II, 19" NFREN TFT

Temps: 25-27 at idle, 30-31 at load (battlefield vietnam and few other progr. running) measured with Everet Home Ed.

Yeah, You will see it better at 240 fsb ....

Currently doing the same with my setup; so far im stable at 2.2 for a couple of days; 27c idle 30c load Using the venus cooler though.
