C++ Gui

Hello,
Are there any GUI applications/plugins/libraries for VS2003.NET to use in conjunction with C++? Right now I am using NI CVI, but we need not an external application but something within VS2003. Also, it would be nice if we didnt have to code the GUI, but rather click and drag, linking the fields and buttons to function calls (like CVI). Also, it would be preferred it was free.
