   Both of my DVD drives will not work and I don't know how to fix this, I have this message after both.
   
   Device Status: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupt or missing. (Code 39)
   
   I am using LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-160P6S and LITE-ON DVD SOHD-16P9SV
