I read a post that was almost exactly like mine, but I couldn't post a reply in that thread, and I don't think I am supposed their fixlist. I recently updated Java and within seconds Live Security Platinum hijacked my computer. I think I successfully removed it, but immediately McAfee started finding these:

    ZeroAccess C:WINDOWS\INSTALLER\{E7D089C1-D3DA-76B8-C2E2-C5740B08B62D}\U 00000004.@

    Generic.dx!b2qj C:\Windows\Installer\{e7d089c1-d3da-76b8-c2e2-c5740b08b62d}\U 00000008.@

    Artemis! B1F9817F6CA5 C:\Windows\Installer\{e7d089c1-d3da-76b8-c2e2-c5740b08b62d}\U

    ZeroAccess C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini Desktop.ini

I keep removing them with McAfee but there is no end to them. I ran malwarebytes normal and in chameleon, rkill, rootkitremover, stinger, and tdsskiller. They all show no threats. I have windows 7, 64 bit operating system. I followed the first set of instructions in the other post and the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool scan results did show the infections McAfee said was there. Should I post the results? Please can you help me remove them?
I did read the faq I hope I have followed them correctly. Thank You.
